Noi standarde de excelenta in cadrul industriei de Customer Care, premiate la ‘Romanian Contact Center Awards Gala 2019’

Competitia ‘Romanian Contact Center Awards’, prima si unica competitie de profil din Romania, a sarbatorit anul acesta cea de-a 11-a editie. Pe data de 11 aprilie 2019, in cadrul galei ‘Romanian Contact Center Awards’, specialistii din domeniul customer care au primit recunoasterea meritata pentru eforturile si pasiunea investite in relationarea si solutionarea cerintelor clientilor.

Competitia ‘Romanian Contact Center Awards’ este un eveniment asociat ‘Customer Care Conference & Expo’, cel mai mare eveniment dedicat industriei de customer care din Europa de Est.

Juriul, format din experti locali si internationali, cu rezultate recunoscute in randul practicienilor, numara anul acesta 5 membri: Madalina Vilau – Managing Director@Marketing Insiders Group (Presedinte); Madalina Uceanu – Founder@CareerAdvisor, Mihai Ilie Goga – Contact Center Industry Consultant; Paul Scanlon – Contact Center experienced CEO; Florina Dobre – Contact Center Industry Consultant.

Anul acesta competitia a numarat 39 de categorii, adaptandu-se la dinamica industriei prin o noua compartimentare a sectiunilor de evaluare. Dintre cele 39 de categorii, in concurs au intrat 30 prin validarea inscrierilor. Categoriile competitiei acopera atat performantele companiilor cat si cele ale angajatilor, oportunitatea pentru acestia de a deveni vizibili si apreciati pentru dedicarea cu care aleg sa isi construiasca o cariera in domeniu.

Editia numarul 11 a adus in finala 18 companii din industrii variate: Kruk Romania, eMag, Raiffeisen Bank, Mediatel Data, Medicover, Claim Expert GIE, Samsung Romania, Sykes Enterprises Eastern Europe, Intrarom, ING Bank, E-value International, Intrum, WPG (World Phoning Group), Coca Cola HBC Romania, DHL Express Romania, Blue Point, Rompetrol si CGS Romania (Computer Generated Solutions).
